A big thank you to Hayat and her team for their wonderful hospitality during our stay at the Riad. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. I booked three rooms, and all of them were very comfortable and well presented. Each room was set up according to our requirements, with either two single beds or a double bed. The Riad is in an excellent location. It is accessible by car, while also being right at the entrance to the Medina and very close to the Blue Gate (Bab Bou Jeloud). There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby, making it an ideal base for exploring Fes. Breakfast was excellent and very generous, with a great selection and a good balance of different foods. The team also arranged our taxi transfers to and from the Riad, which made our arrival and departure very easy and convenient. On arrival, our host, Hayat, gave us a helpful overview of the local sights and places to visit. Her advice proved invaluable during our stay and really helped us make the most of our time in Fes. Most of the credit, however, must go to the staff at the Riad. They were welcoming, attentive and always helpful, and their hospitality really made our stay special. Thank you again to Hayat and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and would certainly recommend the Riad to others visiting Fes.

There are just a couple of small things that could make the stay even better. The room door locks could be a little smoother and easier to operate, and it would be helpful to have locks fitted to the bathroom doors for added privacy. These are only minor points and certainly did not take away from our overall experience.

We few friends recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Al Mozyane, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient to explore the beauty, history and vibrant atmosphere of Fes. A taxi takes you right to the entrance of the hotel, no need to trudge through the narrow streets of the Medina with suitcases. The Medina entrance is right through the wall. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality and genuine commitment of the entire team. Every member of staff was friendly, polite, professional and always ready to help. Their good manners, skills and warm attitude made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was another highlight - fresh, delicious and beautifully served, giving us a lovely start to each day. Staff even made us South Asian style milk tea which is so different to the traditional Moroccan tea, so hats of to them for their tremendous efforts. Everything in our room was beautiful and stylish, as you would find in those countries; beds are excellent, as are the pillows. No issues with WiFi, hot water or the air-conditioning. It has to be said, the price we paid was nothing compared to the quality and services we received. A special mention goes to the Manager, Hayat, whose kindness and wonderful hospitality made our visit even more special. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable for us. The Riad provided the perfect setting for these wonderful memories. We particularly enjoyed spending time together with our friends in the beautiful open spaces and on the roof terrace, enjoying conversations, laughter and unforgettable moments. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent service, kindness and hospitality. We would be delighted to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Fes. A truly special place, made even more special by its wonderful people.

Nothing really, just a suggestion to have some door catch or thumb lock from inside the bathroom so that the door stays closed while occupied.

LOVED: The breakfast spread, location is just outside the entrance of the Medina and many other museums. Everything is walkable. The staff and management try their best to overcome shortcomings within the property itself but there is only so much that can be done.

We were a large party, requiring larger rooms, with some members being elderly climbing the stairs is hard so they had to stay in the lower rooms, rooms 1,3 I believe. Because this property is located downhill, they have drainage issues with sewage water coming up the shower and sink drains. Unfortunately, we were at this property during some seasonal rains and had to deal with the above. despite changing rooms. The rooms have a lot of windows (even in between rooms, if you open them you will see your neighbors' in their rooms. and randomly high up on the wall) which mean less insulation. the extensive tile work also keep the rooms very cool. Which, if you come during January, you will find it to be too cold, the heating units for some of the bigger rooms cannot compete. The furnishing are basic and lack luster. The beds, very hard. For those who care, the bathrooms lack bidets. and are a slip hazard again because of the tiling and bare furnishing. I understand the property is new. But repeatedly using that as an excuse is incompetency, The guides the property provided: they deal in cash directly. Touted to be 'true' guides and locals who know the area. They seemed no different than any other guide via any other 3rd party website. My recommendation is to stick to large group tours via booking.com or other 3rd part websites. At least you'd be able to get your money back if something were to go awry.
