The apartment is in really good condition, everything was clean and working and looking perfectly fine, like new, hopefully next tenants will treat it right as we did so it would last long.
Location is very good.
The neighbour from the left likes to listen music loud from time to time, otherwise quite ok neighborhood. There is a massive repair works around the houses, so it is dirty around, parking space is limited

30 minute pe jos ce centrul vechi, in apartament era tot ce ai fi avut nevoie, inclusiv ceai și cafea. lenjerie curată, curățenie. Accesul în locație a fost clar și precis!
Faptul ca am ajuns la ora 21.30 și nu era nici un loc de parcare liber. Necunoscând zona GPS-ul ne-a învârtit aproximativ alte 20 minute, până am ajuns în fața blocului care era de fapt o alee neasfaltata și plină cu noroi după ploaie. Pereții despărțitori foarte subțiri, se auzea absolut totul de la vecini!

Hosts are great and the apartment is nice. The area is an older residential neighborhood so you can experience Riga as a local does.
You can't tell it from the description, but this apartment is not quiet at all. Far from it. It's on the first floor close to the building entrance with a metal door that makes a loud noise every time someone enters or leaves the building. And that happens a lot, including later in the evening. There's also a tram line close by and those trams are not quiet. Basically, you need ear plugs if you want to get some sleep, especially if you go to bed early or get up late-ish.
