From the moment we arrived, the experience was warm and relaxing. The hotel has a beautiful ambience and even smells like a spa. We were welcomed with two glasses of fresh watermelon juice and cold towels, which was a lovely touch.
Check-in was smooth, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The gentleman who took us to our room was particularly nice and took the time to explain everything. The rooms are simple and quite basic, but in a very tasteful Scandinavian style — light, minimal and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and when we mentioned that we preferred one large duvet rather than two separate ones, they promptly changed it for us.
I also really appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine. The hotel was undergoing some renovation during our stay, but they had warned us beforehand about possible noise, and honestly, we barely noticed it.
Breakfast was decent, with a good enough spread of hot food, toast and vegetables. Nothing extraordinary, but perfectly satisfactory.
The main downsides were the relatively low shower pressure and some intermittent power issues, with the lights occasionally going off.

Everything but particularly the service and the staff. This is a truly 5-star boutique service, personal and personalised.
There is nothing I don’t like but I kisses the pool! I hope it gets finished soon.

Snídaně nenabízí velký výběr, ale kvalitní a postačující. V hotelové restauraci jsme si dali i večeři a jídlo bylo velice chutné.
Hluk od stavebních prací na střeše hotelu. Žádný supermarket v blízkém okolí hotelu.
