The location and the facilities are very good

The entire property is manned by highly unprofessional bunch of staff. The check in took almost half an hour. Room service is very pathetic. When I checked in there was no drinking water and basic toiletries. Had to ask for it and it took them another half an hour to give a bottle of water. Though the staff is courteous but aren’t trained for hospitality.
