Rauhallinen valoisa ja siisti huoneisto, aurinko paistoi parvekkeelle iltapäivästä auringonlaskuun saakka. Hyvä sijainti, lyhyt matka kylän molempiin kauppoihin ja bussipysäkeille. Talossa hissi käytettävissä. Riittävästi tilaa kahdelle henkilölle.
Ruuanlaittovälineitä ei ollut juuri lainkaan, ei yhtään kauhaa tai paistolastaa. Kattiloita ja paistinpannuja oli. Ennen uusien asiakkaitten saapumista olisi hyvä tarkistaa paikat, että kaikki on kunnossa ja ehjää. Oleskelumme kesti kaksi viikkoa ja vasta viikon päästä saimme roskapusseja ja konetiskitabletteja. Ehdimme niitä jo ostaakin kun luulimme ettei sisälly hintaan. Kahden viikon oleskelussa olisi mukava saada lakanat vaihdettua viikon välein varsinkin näin helleaikana.
