Above the road into Had Rin and set back with a view of the sea and Koh Samui. Untouched forest on the hills behind.
There is a quiet 7-11, motorbike rental, laundry and restaurants very close by and it is easy to walk to the south beach.
Also a short walk to Had Rin which was perfect for my needs.
There was a power outage for a day which is not anyone's fault but the water in the bathroom stopped working - no pump.
This meant no flushing the toilet or using water from the tap or shower. This is bad design even a bucket in the bathroom would solve the loo issue.

The shared balcony had a nice view and the entrance had lots of plants which looked lovely
The shower was nice and hot.
We'd recommend getting a scooter to get around from here.
The room felt a bit unloved. The sink leaked and there were some issues with the shower drain. The beds were OK for one night.
