+ Recently refurbished. The whole interior looks new.
+ High-tech appliances, such as an induction stove, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, and a multifunctional shower.
+ The car can be parked right in front of the door, so loading the luggage is easy.
+ Spacious enough for a family of three.
+ Quite location.
+ Remote location, so you can leave your stuff outside without worrying about theft.
+ WiFi is stable, and available at both beds.
- This is clearly a smoking apartment. The entire apartment smells strongly of cigarette smoke, yet it is advertised as non-smoking.
- The air conditioner doesn't work properly, it's very weak.
- The kitchen utensils are old (some of them "Made in Yugoslavia"), broken, and some of them are melted. More kitchen utensils would be nice, such as cheese grater, a large pot, shot glasses, a wooden spoon, a sauce ladle, a soup ladle, teaspoons, regular drinking glasses, and a roll of trash bags.
- There is an exposed, live 230 V wire hanging freely in the bathroom.
- There is only one window, and even that doesn't have a mosquito net.
HINT: Don't give your phone number or WhatsApp contact to the cleaning lady. She may try to rip you off with “additional cleaning charges” after you've gone home.
