Location was good for me.
Room was very damp. At first I thought it was just cleaned, not yet dry from damp mop. All level surfaces were damp. But it never did totally dry. Humidity was 80%.

The rooms were clean and nice
Lots of stray cats outside and a cockroach the looked like it could carry a car away. The beds are extra firm almost like sleeping on a pad on the floor.
