Plenty of room to move around comfortably. Stocked kitchen (silverware, plates, bowls, pots & pans) stove, fridge, and microwave. Deck with gas firepit, BBQ grill, table (with umbrella) and chairs, and a nice, peaceful view to see & hear wildlife. The whistle of the 1880 train was a fun surprise as well! Passes by a few times a day, and you can even see parts of it through the trees!
There was a slight smell in the sink and toilet tank, but we flushed hot water through it, and had room spray with us. Communication was great, and IF it had been a big enough problem, they would have come worked on it
