SCAM ALERT! ! ! DONT BE FOOLED. YOU WILL GET WAY BETTER IN THIS PRICE.

The caretaker Mahesh, especially for his patience and hard work. The property has nothing to like other than the view, which would be great only in monsoons .

the aerial shot of this property includes 3 properties not 1. Hence dont be deceived by the size in the photos. The photos are absolutely deceptive, what you see is not what you get. Two small 2bed cottages have been sold together as a 4 bedroom villa, of which one is still okay, the other is absolutely unkept. In both, The rooms are tiny, walls are dirty, electrics don’t work at times, The pool is dirty, property is badly kept and the kitchen is a disgrace. The couches are either stinking or half broken and shaky, so are many of the poofs, sofa chairs, seating, etc. my 85 year old dad fell on his back as a broken sofa chair and poof was kept to use and we weren’t warned abt its condition, neither was it kept away. The sheets and pillow covers in all the rooms had stains. The bathrooms have a stench every now and then which is disgusting, it enters your rooms and u cant even sleep at night. Half of the amenities are not usable. The homeowners may not have left the caretaker with money to even buy basic batteries for AC remotes to work. We had to use one remote across 4 ACs including 2 rooms, dining and living. Their crockery and cutlery was dirty, filled with dust, stains and not clean. There was no property sanitation for the kitchenettes either. There were no napkins in the toilets until asked several times. The water RO systems has dirt in their pipes u cant trust even drinking the water here. The cook was promised to us, but after booking he seemed to suddenly go on leave. StayVista that manages the property is an icing on the cake as their staff doesn’t care two hoots abt making your stay comfortable or sorting issues.

The Poetry House Sojourn

We stayed here as a family group and had a very good experience overall. The setup with two separate 2BHK villas worked perfectly for our group of 10 adults and 1 child. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, well-equipped, and the pool was also nicely maintained. The caretakers, Ranjeet and Mahesh, were excellent—warm, polite, and very attentive. We were welcomed with a drink on arrival, and their hospitality throughout the stay was commendable. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, especially well-suited for families and larger groups.

The only areas for improvement would be the food package pricing, which felt quite high (₹1850 + GST per person), and the washroom fittings, which could be upgraded though they were functional and clean.
