Bad experience

Location close to my office in KL

The fan is very dusty. It's a dual key system. I rented the studio. It is very noisy, especially the next door tenants made noise at several times from 12am till 5.30am.. so I woke up several times a night. Sound proofing is very bad.

it was big, clean, beautiful views, the pool, sauna and the staffs.

Seriously?

• I liked the view. • The building facilities were great—including the pool, gym, and sauna.

I have a lot of experience traveling in Malaysia, and this is by far one of the worst rental companies I've encountered—avoid them at all costs. • Health Hazard: My family and I were given an apartment with a completely moldy bathroom (see photos). When I pointed out that it was a health hazard, the response was simply: 'It’s not leaking anymore.' • The 'Friend' Lie: They claimed they had no other apartments available because everything was full. However, as soon as I mentioned calling Booking.com, the owner suddenly 'found' a vacant apartment belonging to a 'friend.' This was a lie; it was owned by the same company, located directly above the first one, even sharing the same Wi-Fi. • Disgusting Hygiene: The bedding in the second apartment hadn't been changed—there were hairs in the bed and stains on the sheets (see photos). • Filthy Amenities: The towels smelled foul (likely used), so I had to wash them myself. The washing machine filter was filthy, and the apartment was crawling with ants. • Broken Equipment & Poor Service: Much of the equipment was broken. The internet went down, and it took 12 hours to fix due to sheer laxity and lack of response. I even missed an afternoon online meeting because of this. • Communication Issues: Communication was incredibly slow; it took forever to get a reply. On the day of my departure at 11:00 AM, the host was still asleep. I had to wake him up with a phone call just to get my deposit back. Do not believe any response the owner might post here. It will be full of lies, distortions, and nonsense. I have photos and evidence to back up everything I am saying.
