Wir haben uns in diesem Apartment von Anfang an richtig wohl und vor allem sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Die Brüder Pietro und Luis, unsere Gastgeber, waren unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte, dass es ihnen wirklich wichtig ist, dass es uns gut geht. Besonders gut fanden wir die vielen persönlichen Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, schönen Ecken und tollen Restaurants – wir konnten dadurch die Zeit in Palermo einfach nur genießen. Wenn man als Tourist nur für paar Tage in einer fremden Stadt ist, ist man entspannter wenn man für das Abendessen evtl. ‚nur reservieren‘ und nicht den halben/ ganzen Tag mit suchen verbringen muss. Diese herzliche und persönliche Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt entspannter und schöner gemacht.
Das Apartment ist perfekt. Ist komplett erneuert mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Augenmerk, dass der Gast sich wohl fühlt. Ist alles vorhanden, was man fürs Frühstücken oder zum Kochen brauchen könnte, inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, wie wir, kann man das Auto auf der Straße vor dem Haus abstellen (wurde uns sogar kurzfristig ein Platz freigehalten). Die Innenstadt ist Zufuß gut, innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten, zu erreichen.

We had an amazing stay at Zisa Suite!
I will start with saying our hosts, Pietro and Rosalba, were so lovely, kind and accommodating, waiting for us, sharing all the gems in Palermo city we should see, even checking in with us after we departed. This is so rare to see these days, we were really moved.
Property itself is 10/10, brand new, has all the small details, suppliance and basically everything you need, even a washer/dryer unit! Cozy and tucked in, made us feel like at home right from the door. There is free parking on the street in front, property is 15 minutes walking distance from the city center in a nice area, that also has gas station, pharmacy, restaurants, grocery store, bakeries within 2 minutes walk.
