Excellent location — very close to the city centre and most central attractions can be reached on foot.
Great transport connections — easy bus connection to the airport, including at night, and good connections to other parts of the city.
Very spacious apartment — much bigger than expected.
Very clean. Comfortable bed!
Air conditioning — especially appreciated during the summer.
Quiet despite being on a busy commercial street — the apartment is well insulated from outside noise.
Supermarket just 2 minutes away.
Elevator in the building and convenient self check-in with a door code and lockbox.
Plenty of towels and basic toiletries provided.
Friendly and attentive host.
I actually stayed here twice during my trip, which says a lot about the things I liked about the accommodation.
COULD BE IMPROVED
The Wi-Fi information wasn't clearly visible and I had to contact the host to get it.
The kitchen could be better equipped — more knives, deep plates, bowls and a chopping board would be useful.
A dish-drying rack and a few more kitchen essentials would be helpful.
More shelves inside the wardrobe for storing clothes would be useful.
A small shelf/surface in the bathroom would be convenient.
A shower screen would be preferable to a curtain.
Shampoo was not provided.
The bathroom window facing the building corridor couldn't be closed.
The host switched from English to Romanian in messages, which was a little inconvenient.
During my second stay, I was offered a different, smaller apartment only about 30 minutes before arrival. I found the timing stressful and would have preferred to be told about this earlier.

Świetna lokalizacja! Przy głównej ulicy, mimo to w mieszkaniu było bardzo cicho i świetnie się spało. Jasne instrukcje dotarcia na miejsce i trafienia do mieszkania.
Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne, może nie najnowsze ale było czysto i bardzo klimatycznie. W kuchni podstawowe rzeczy do wykonania prostych posiłków. Łóżko duże i wygodne. Ręczniki i kapcie dla gości. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem przed przybyciem jak i w trakcie. Gdy pojawił się mały problem, pomógł nam ekspresowo i zawsze był bardzo miły.
Nie było żelazka ale to naprawdę mały problem :)

La casa era carina e in una buona zona. Letto comodo e wifi stabile.
Il grosso problema è che ho prenotato una casa con cucina e lavatrice. Al mio arrivo la lavatrice non c'è, e avevamo un bagaglio minuscolo quindi era una grandissimo disagio. L' host ha poi corretto eliminando la voce dai servizi. Secondo problema, ho prenotato una casa con cucina, e non c'era niente per cucinare escluso un bollitore. Nessuna piastra, nemmeno un fornello da campeggio. Su mia richiesta ha portato un microonde, ma comunque i servizi promessi non c'erano e anche questo è stato un grande disagio.
