Die Unterkunft liegt vergleichsweise nah zur Innenstadt von Dijon in einer kleinen Straße, dennoch war nahezu kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Die Parkgebühren für das Abstellen unseres Autos sind ebenfalls sehr gering gewesen. Die Ausstattung unserer Unterkunft war sehr modern und neu (mit Ausnahme der Schlafcouch).
Das Schlafsofa war unbequem und roch nach Rauch (es wirkte so, als hätte es jahrelang in einer Raucherwohnung gestanden). An der Außentüre der Ferienwohnung (zum Wohnzimmer) hätte durch einen Vorhang ein besserer Sichtschutz geboten werden können.
