Overall, it was a great stay with a clean, modern apartment, friendly staff, and a very convenient l

The location was ideal. The apartment was close to the beach, and there were several fast food and dining options within walking distance, which made everything very convenient.

I had a great experience staying here. The apartment was modern, well-maintained, and very clean. What stood out the most was the staff—they were friendly, professional, and made the stay feel easy and pleasant.

We were placed in a lesser quality apartment than what we booked and paid for.

The only thing is the accomodation was near the beach.

We write to make an official complaint against Virginie the host and owner of the Cabral Residence for harassment and fraud. We believe we have been a victim of a fraud and the Virginie is using Booking.com to swindle customers. In addition, we write in response to Virginie's disgusting behaviour and offensive messages sent on Friday 21st November 2025 to me and my daughter Celeste in the WhatsApp group that we created to facilitate our communications. We shall address all the false allegations made against us to set the record straight. Please See Attached: A. Pictures of the plastic mat referred to later in our complaint. B. Pictures of the advertised price on Booking.com to stay in the first-floor apartment where we were wrongly checked in. The price is much cheaper than the correct second floor apartment, yet we were charged the same price as the second-floor apartment. C. The WhatsApp chat transcript one is the group chat and is titled "WhatsApp Chat with Senegal Virginie Owner Cabral Apartment.” D. The WhatsApp chat transcript two is between Ivy and Virginie the owner and is titled "WhatsApp Chat with Senegal Cabral". E. Screenshot of our kind message sent on the WhatsApp group chat on Sunday 16th November in reference to point five. At first, we thought it was a misunderstanding but now we believe we have been a victim of fraud. F. Screenshot of the WhatsApp conversation where Virginie made the decision to remove items from the property when we only asked to wash them. G. Screenshot of the WhatsApp conversation where Virginie admitted to cancelling our reservation by mistake. Summary of Points 1 to 12: 1. Booking.com's Partner policy and our complaint about Harassment, a Scam and Fraud. 2. 12/11/25 We were checked in to the apartment and Manager Rose lied about how much money we sent to her via Western Union. 3.

The location was ideal. The apartment was close to the beach, and there were several fast food and dining options within walking distance, which made everything very convenient.

I had a great experience staying here. The apartment was modern, well-maintained, and very clean. What stood out the most was the staff—they were friendly, professional, and made the stay feel easy and pleasant.
