Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The concierge team was excellent, very helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my visit.Ahmad ragab is the best

Transportation between the hotels by golf cart was quite challenging, as some hotels refused to provide transportation back to Al Alamein Palace due to the distance. The beach was also not fully ready or properly prepared for guests during our stay. Additionally, one of the reception staff members could have been more courteous and professional in her communication and manner.
