The best part about the stay was the welcoming behaviour of the property owner and his wife. All the staff were really nice. They made tea for us even though we checked in really late at night. The view was great too and loved the little sitting area. Over all, great stay and value for money!

Mega gute Lage, man kann vorort seine Wäsche waschen lassen und man hat eine mega Aussicht auf der Terrasse. Das Frühstück ist simpel aber gut, bestehend aus Toast mit Butter und Marmelade und Kaffee und Ei. Zimmer war tip-top sauber, Badezimmer mega groß und Warmwasser war auch da.
Der TV hat leider nur 10% der Zeit funktioniert aufgrund von WLAN defekten, Verbindungsfehlern sowie einem kaputten Kabel. Wir hatten auch 2 Kakerlaken im Zimmer und Termiten befinden sich im Bettrahmen. Die Kakerlaken hat man allerdings fix beseitigt und die Termiten sind uns Menschen ja egal, wem es beim Schlafen etwas unangenehm ist mit dem Knister geräusch der kann sich das Kissen einfach auf die andere Seite legen.
GROẞER MINUSPUNKT: Wir haben einen Raum mit 2 Doppelbetten gebucht. Wir haben aber nur eins bekommen und ein Einzelbett. Vermieter wollte uns das Einzelbett dann als "französisches Doppelbett" verkaufen. Unverschämt und dadurch den Aufenthalt von einer 10/10 auf eine 8/10 gesenkt. War im Endeffekt für manche Zimmerparteien sehr ungemütlich zum schlafen.

Its very cheap. But, the location is far away from the downtown. No tuktuk want to come to the hotel. And the hotel name in booking.com & the name physically don't match. At night you can't go to outside. When you will call taxi, they will take 800-1000 LKR to go to the downtown. If you are comfortable to walk 1km to main road, then you will get tuktuk or taxi. Transportation is the main issue.
