The staff were awesome ,David ensured my journey from the airport to the property was smooth. He brought me yummy breakfast every morning. He was really good. And Bashir sent me a personalized welcome message. my stay was awesome. The property is in a very quite and secure place, accessible roads and easy transport access.
All was good, i was just hoping to get the upper rooms, but all was good. At least offer bottled drinking water in the rooms, and each room to have an iron box.

The roo.m is great value for money - the bed is extremely comfortable and the Inn its in an extremely quiet location. The staff are delightful and will do everything to help.
Its quite difficult to get to restaurants from the guest house without taking a bike or a taxi. It's a bit off the beaten track and usnt easy to find.after dark, especially if you access it on the wrong road (which isn't bitumen). The inn does not do supper so you have to bear this in mind if you choose to stay here. On one night I chose to go to an Indian restaurant recommended by staff at the inn. It was a bad idea because it was 8km away and the biker got lost trying to find it. None of this would have been a problem if I had a Rwandan sim (I could have used Google maps) but because I was only in the country for a couple of days, I didn't get around to acquiring one.....

Price is ok for what U get. Calm environment, this is good and bad at the same time. No resto nearby
My room did not match the published pictures. Following a room change I got a different one but with broken window allowing mosquitos to fly in. No mosquito net available.
All sockets were broken down.
