L'emplacement était tout à fait idoine!

La mansarde est très propre et très bien décorée, agréable à vivre, vraiment! La propreté des locaux est excpetionnelle! Nous recommandons vivement!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem tollen Viertel, mit einer intakten Infrastruktur. Sie ist sensationell ruhig! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um entspannt den Tag zu beginnen. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit telefonisch zu erreichen und war uns sehr behilflich beim einchecken. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine die sehr hilfreich wäre bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für einen Livorno Besuch.

L'appartamento, una mansarda molto carina, si presenta ben tenuto e impeccabilmente pulito. La posizione è eccellente, trovandosi in una zona centrale e comoda, con facile accesso a tutti i servizi necessari.

L'assenza di termosifoni rende l'alloggio freddo d'inverno; la sola pompa di calore non è sufficiente a riscaldare adeguatamente l'ambiente mansardato, specialmente nelle ore serali e notturne. Il bagno risulta essere troppo piccolo e poco funzionale.

Una bomboniera a due passi dal porto. Una struttura pulita e ben tenuta, con tutto il necessario, ed a due passi dal centro. Piccola ed essenziale, silenziosa,comoda per pochi giorni di soggiorno. Plus che fa guadagnare tanti punti, il parcheggio in una struttura a pochi passi dall’alloggio, veramente top
