Location was great as it was close to family who I was visiting. Close to shops & parks if you have kids. Also not far from the town centre if you either walk or drive. Also Colchester zoo is nearby. The hosts were very lovely asking if we needed anymore of anything they provided & when I had a dilemma that resulted in them having to help. Great facilities/equipment inside the property. Especially when visiting & it was hot weather. Would definitely recommend & looking to stay again.
Nothing, like being home away from home. Only thing i will add is just some more oven trays/cookware other than that it was great.

Spacious and well presented with plenty of kitchen equipment if cooking and many close by takeaways if not!
Lovely clean bedding ( comfy beds) and towels and nice toiletries in the shower. Downstairs loo was a bonus. Quiet neighbours so we all slept like logs and two parking spaces right outside the front door. A few mins drive to Colchester town centre and about 10 mins to Wivenhoe for a lovely riverside walk or pub meal.
Owner Bishal was super responsive to messages.
There was a bit of an issue with ants in the kitchen.. however that being said we all know ants will find a way in anywhere if they want to! Bishal was very proactive when we reported the issue and attended personally. By the time you read this the problem will have been dealt with and it would not deter us from staying here again if we are in Colchester. This was a glitch and it did not spoil our stay because the matter was taken seriously by the owner.

Quiet location in new estate, well presented property with great parking. Was allowed early access which was a bonus. The distance to town was walkable. Everything was as described and photos are accurate. We enjoyed our stay.
Limited comfortable seating in the evening, for four tall adults.

Great location with a car to get to town or other local visitor attractions. Plenty of room in the property and everything you might need through your stay. Bish was very responsive from booking to departing the property.
We know the area but others may not so a local information pack might be an idea. Bus routes, things to see, recommended takeaways and restaurants etc.
