La maison est très agréable, la cuisine est la pièce maîtresse où se retrouver, les chambres très spacieuses, on se sent comme à la maison. Birgitta est une hôtesse authentique, accueillante et pleine d’attention. Loin du tumulte de Noto, la localisation de la maison permet de découvrir la magnifique campagne de Noto et l’authenticité des villages autour.

Birgitta is such a lovely and caring host. The whole space is like a piece of Scandinavia in the Sicilian sun, with Birgitta making the experience feel cosy and truly at home. Spaces are clean and very spacious, the kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. The bedroom and bedding are large, fresh, northern European and very comfortable. No clammy thin Italian sheets and wonky mattresses, these are beds you can build a nest in and snooze away. If you want to get away from the busy Sicilian streets, spend your morning with a coffee in the sun and listen to the birds with a trusty old dog at your feet, book here.
The location is somewhat off-grid in the peace and quietness of the sicilian countryside. For us, this was a massive plus, but it does require guests to have a car and drive a short distance to a restaurant or shop. The only thing within walking distance is nature and views.
