Apartment was nice and spacious, just a bad experience gaining access.

We didn't have breakfast. Location was perfect for our needs

We were not given the apartment number or the code for the building in advance and when we tried calling to get it, no one answered the phone until we got in touch with booking.com. To make matters worse, we saw that someone had previously left a review with the same issue. We don't have experience booking apartments like this so we didn't know what questions to ask.
