L’emplacement,
La place de parking située en bas de la résidence,
La superficie de l’appartement,
La disponibilité de la personne qui s’occupe du bien,
L’arrivée et le départ en autonomie,
Multitude de couverts et casseroles et d’ustensiles pour le quotidien,
La luminosité.
Le bruit, le locataire d’à côté faisait énormément de bruit, et le soir les enfants jouent dehors jusqu’à tard. (Ce n’est pas de la responsabilité de la propriétaire, c’est un peu au petit bonheur la chance!)
Le ménage, beaucoup de cheveux dans la salle de bain, un siphon qui probablement n’avait pas été nettoyé depuis très très longtemps.
La plaque de cuisson sale. Des cheveux et des petites saleté sur le lit.
Le porte éponge (dirons-nous) ou l’égouttoir à couverts, je ne sais pas comment ça s’appelle, très très sale. Faute à pas de chance pour nous, je ne sais pas mais malheureusement c’est mon expérience pour cet appartement.
Le côté appartement duplex, sans porte entre le salon et la chambre.
(Je n’avais pas vu cette précision dans l’annonce).

We liked the apartment (space available, decoration, the fact there was everything we needed in the kitchen & bathroom). We liked the balcony, the view, and the location: only a few kms from La Trinite-sur-Mer or Carnac.
We went in late August and it was also very quiet.
The fact the bedroom was upstairs. We should have had a better look at the pictures, but this might still be worth mentioning.
The fact the address was not easy to find because we had been given both a number and a name. People should be told to look for the name of the building FIRST as the number can only be seen once you are inside! This should be specified. Thankfully, we had arrived in advance ;-)
