民宿主人非常認真在經營，準備了小餅乾、客人母語的手寫歡迎信，訊息也及時回覆

民宿小巧精緻，該有的都有，非常溫馨的家的感覺。屋主Satomi san是位陽光型的小姐，一路和我們緊密聯絡，主動告知附近街區的晚間節慶活動，當我晚上告訴她我老公病倒後，她立即拿探熱器和漢方葛根湯給我們，還安慰我不用擔心。
她透過她認識的附近一家醫務所接待員，即時安排第二朝開門時，前往看醫生。
因為就醫期間翻譯需時，我們趕不及一般時間退房，她也很好的體諒我們。再次感謝你的幫忙，你真的是一位出色的、充滿溫暖的民宿主人。
