Automatic check-in, without seeing the host, worked perfectly.
Nice showers (on another floor though).
Private toilet
Comfortable beds
Option to do your laundry (300 yen washing, 500 yen drying)
Close to harbour and to Katsuura station
A lot of cosy, delicious, restaurants nearby. Tip; tuna!

L'habitació està neta, te comoditats i dóna a l'exterior.
No té ascensor, t'has de pujar les maletes i si et toca el quart pis ...No hi ha recepció ni ningú que t'atengui, es check-in i checkout amb una tauleta i codis. La secadora no va funcionar, la roba va sortir igual de mullada malgrat posar-la 2 cops per 1000 yens.

The room was nice, it was great value for money and an easy walk to the station, close to the waterfront

Great location central to fish auction and train station. Clean rooms and spotless communal areas.
Check in time is 4pm with no flexibility. It would be nice if staff could let you check in at least an hour earlier if rooms are ready. We were there at 3 and the staff person told us to come back in an hour 🙃

"Stayed at level 2 rooms, sound proofing is good. Location is good, 5 min walking distance from JR station, plus can see the Tsukiji fish market from the window."
