Lokacija je bila zelo ugodna, prihod in odhod je bil brez problema izveden.

Okna so bila zelo slaba in niso dobro tesnila oziroma se ponekod celo niso do konca zaprla, zato je ves topel zrak uhajal v prostor in je bilo v stanovanju konstantno vroče. Kljub prižganim klimam se prostori niso shladili. Poleg tega je bilo stanovanje čudno opremljeno, vse kuhinjske naprave razen grelca za vodo so bile narejene z evropskim priključkom in ne malteškim, kar pomeni, da jih brez posebnega preključka ni bilo mogoče uporabljati. Hladilnik je puščal vodo, omare so bile na pol sestavljene, v pomivalnem stroju se je nabirala rja, v eni izmed spalnic ni bilo zaves in so zato imeli 3 balkoni iz nasprotne stavbe direkten pogled v to spalnico, poleg tega pa se je soba zaradi tega še dodatno segrevala, v kopalnici je občasno smrdelo iz odtoka in manjkal je en daljinec za klimo. Na ventilatorjih je bilo nabranega ogromno prahu in jih zato nismo uporabljali.
