The room was okay, clean etc. I found the mattress a little firm but that is personal choice.
After I paid I then found I had to pay an extra £20 in case of breakages so the price was not really as advertised. I was concerned that I was given no check in details and so in the morning had to phone as I had no response to emails asking for how to check in. The person on the phone said I’d be sent the details in the afternoon which I was. However, we arrived several hours after the official check in (3) and when we got to the lock box for the room there was no key. I had to phone again and was told the site manager would come which he did. He said our room had a blocked shower and so we needed another . We didn’t feel this was good enough given that I had phoned and emailed about check in and no-one bothered to say our room had changed . It feels more like a money spinner than a company that is bothered about customer service .

A new incredible hotel : even-thing is finger to touch to use them. Just be patient to read the instructions and contact the AI answer texting . So good. A new world new learn this ancient historical town . Very worth stay this hotel very by train station a four minute walk. Many antique stores around town, inexpensive fresh seafood just near by the beach. Great hiking on the 1066 hill see huge landscape and ocean views . I love the Morrison market’BBQ pork, bread, green vegetable very fresh. The studio have everything you need :-))). So good. Definitely high recommend who take a vacation by the beach , if you like save money and touch history culture life and I am so lucky catch up the book festive events. Absolutely. a safe place for holiday.

The room was styled well and was cozy.
The keys weren’t in the lockbox when we arrived. My partner and I spent around 20–30 minutes waiting in the hallway for a key, only to have our booking moved to the room next door. The owner contacted us the following day to ask whether we’d got in okay, but by then the issue had already happened.
The room appeared only partly cleaned. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed, and the sheets had marks and stains. Tea and coffee had been provided, but there were no sugar packets.
The extractor hood was housed inside a cupboard, and I couldn’t tell whether it vented outside or recirculated the air.
The shower was scalding hot and wouldn’t adjust to a usable temperature, so we couldn’t shower. We also couldn’t find a thermostat to control the room temperature. Overall, the access problems, cleanliness and unusable shower made the stay disappointing.
