Great location

Great location that was close to all of the things a tourist would want to see in the old town. The apartment was well appointed so that you could cook and eat at home if you wished.

Taxi service is far from good in Italy so getting luggage to the airport is challenging.

10 / 10

Comfotable, well-located and perfect for a city break in Florence.

We had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t be better: close to both Santa Maria Novella station and the Duomo, while still being on a lovely, peaceful street. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a city break. It was the perfect base for discovering Florence’s incredible cultural and historical heritage. Thank you for your hospitality!

Nothing to complain about.

Great location, clean & comfortable stay. Would recommend!

Location was great! Florence is a small, walkable city and it was easy for us to walk back whenever we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped and everything felt new and clean! Bathroom was spotless and had a heated towel rack which was so useful! The bed and the room was comfortable and perfectly temperate - there are two air conditions! There was also an iron, ironing board, mop, vacuum. It was a wonderful stay!! Highly recommend.

We were not able to leave our bags with the host on either side of check in/out. We ended up leaving our luggage at “Prato Call” across the street. No prior booking required. It was super easy, convenient and cheap. The key collection was in person. We had to tell them a time and wait for them as we were early. It was inconvenient as we had plans prior, but worked out fine as they were flexible and extremely responsive to messages.
