Posizione ottima nel centro di Marano Lagunare, a due passi dalla piazza e con disponibilità di posti auto vicini. La struttura è una piccola casa terra-cielo riattata e dispone di un bel terrazzo, seppur senza panorama.
La casa ha due minuscoli bagni, sono dotati entrambi di doccia ma sono privi di bidet e soprattutto privi delle relative salviette. Ogni ospite dispone quindi di un solo asciugamano per mani e viso + uno per la doccia (peraltro piccolo) e deve decidere quale dei due dovrà fare le veci della salvietta per bidet. Questa senza dubbio la mancanza peggiore e mai vista prima. Per il resto... Si sente ovunque un certo odore di umidità/muffa/chiuso caratteristico dei piani terra in zone lagunari. Nel cucinotto un aglio abbandonato da precedenti ospiti ha messo germogli. Se siete sensibili alla luce notturna il led bianco del climatizzatore che illumina la stanza da letto non vi piacerà. La TV, peraltro minuscola, è solo a piano terra, no tv in camera. L'accesso all'appartamento avviene a mezzo keybox, con combinazione rigorosamente (e sgradevolmente) comunicata solo dopo invio dei documenti a mezzo Whatsapp, con gli ospiti - che hanno pagato in anticipo - trattati da pitocchi mentre sono in piedi fuori dalla porta con i bagagli. Insomma i servizi e qualità dell'appartamento sono davvero molto molto modesti a fronte del prezzo, superiore a quello per notte+colazione nel migliore albergo di Marano Lagunare, e conseguenti aspettative.
