Agréable appartement

L'appartement est en très bon état et très bien situé, proche d'un carrefour market et station service Total Access (300m), boulangerie (600m), Port Fréjus est à 15/20 mns à pieds et le centre historique du vieux Fréjus à 20 mns à pieds. Tout est vraiment accessible à pied ! Il est idéal pour 2, mais peut-être un peu juste pour 4. Il y a un balcon avec le mobilier en extérieur très agréable car dans une résidence très calme. La place de parking au sous-sol avec ascenseur est un atout non négligeable. Et pour finir, Océane est très aimable et réactive.

Certains équipements ont manqué : - des tables de chevet et leur lampe dans la chambre - un faitout ou plus grosse casserole et une essoreuse à salade - un sèche-cheveux
