The staff were so welcoming and helpful.
Small things like calling and asking if I would like a late checkout was considerate.
The interior decor was very well presented.
The food was excellent value for money.
Receiving a room upgrade was appreciated, and despite the bedroom not being as spacious as some similar hotels, assisted by a good shower, a comfortable bed and soft pillows, it was ideal for the needs of a couple or single traveller.
The lifts were unusual but super quick.
The only thing that could have improved things would be having some clear guidance on entry which told me I had to go to floor 27 to check in.
