Great location to get around the town
Outside was unkept and run down. Inside was clean and tidy with newer furnishings but still had broken aircon units installed as well as new ones, and my bedside lamp didn’t plug in. The bed was comfy but the lounge was not. Glad I was tall enough to use the microwave on top of the fridge - but at least it had one!

Just a quick stroll to the beach
A bit more of a stroll to Ray's for dinner
Parking could be better organised (not everyone can park proper)
Property was advertised with a pool? No pool
Self appointed Property Coppa was rude, disrespect and arrogant (he put a dampener on our weekend)

It allowed for my dog. It was spacious and comfortable.
The neighbour over the grass was rude and grumpy about my dog, who was quietly eating a bone on the grass

I loved that it accepted my dog. It was comfortable and spacious.
The neighbour over the grass was rude about having a dog.
