Serious hygiene issues - bugs and roaches

-

We stayed at this apartment for 15 nights with three small children. On our last night, we discovered four bedbugs and cockroaches in the apartment. Some members of our family also suffered insect bites, which we documented with photographs. We immediately documented the situation and reported it to Booking.com. Unfortunately, the property owner did not offer to resolve the issue or provide any compensation. The compensation we eventually received was provided by Booking.com, not by the property. The building itself was very old and not well maintained. The apartment inside may otherwise be as described, but this experience was unacceptable and we cannot recommend this accommodation.

Everything was really clean on arrival. There were enough utensils and coffee for the week and even little chocolates to enjoy 😆. The host was really friendly and explained where everything was and how everything works. The parking for the car is also close and there is even enough space for multiple cars! We had the perfect stay for our 5 days in Burgas!
