About this house rental
2 bedroom cozy home in Nocera Umbra
Treat yourself to a relaxing break in this cosy holiday home with access to a shared pool.
The interior of this house is both cosy and clearly structured, from the modern kitchen to the living area, which invites you to relax on a comfortable sofa. Whether you are listening to your favourite music or an exciting podcast, you will quickly find peace and quiet here. Cook together with your loved ones, enjoy your meals at the dining table with a glass of wine and end the day cosily on the sofa.
The pool, which you share with others, offers soothing refreshment at any time of day, either in the morning in peace and quiet or after an eventful day. Afterwards, sun loungers invite you to simply do nothing with a cool drink. Those who like to socialise can try their hand at a game of petanque. A swing in the garden provides carefree fun for the little ones.
Take a trip to the lake and enjoy relaxing hours at Lago di Fiastra, where you can swim, walk or simply enjoy the view of the clear water. Explore the charming town of Nocera Umbra with its historic alleyways, medieval town walls and the tranquil flair of the Umbrian hills. Go hiking through the Monti Sibillini National Park and be inspired by the wide views and quiet paths. Or visit nearby towns such as Assisi or Spello and immerse yourself in art, culture and the Umbrian way of life.
