Clean and well presented. Check in and host communication was great. No fuss check out too.
Bed needs a mattress topper in my opinion and pillows we're not the best. My sleep wasn't that comfortable to be honest.

location - communication with staff was efficient
pictures are somewhat misleading - while all the furniture is as shown, it does not show how run down the decoration is and how tired everything is - walls bubbling, wood filler, peeling paint, kickboards loose, drawers that don't open in kitchen without opening other drawers. wifi info was incorrect and had to be asked for again - taps in bathroom mixed up so hot water is actually cold 🤦♀️ Sofa bed is small and right up against window with insufficient window dressings with large gaps
