Not really an apartment, but decent as a hotel room

The place had a nice design, a very comfy bed, and a big TV. The bathroom is spacious with a nice shower.

When we went to check in, there was confusion with what room we had and our apartment was not ready which didn't leave the best first impression. Additionally, the apartment was not stocked at all. There was only one plate, one bowl and a few bits of cutlery. The washing machine leaked on to the floor and there was no duvet with the bed.
