Location was great.
Kitchen was spacious and well equipped overall, great tea and coffee.
Nice bathroom towels.
Outside area was spacious.
Bicycles were a must and fantastic addition.
Fire pit and instruction manual were all really clear, allowing us to really make the most of our stay.
Local partnerships are really nice. We had lunch at Smitty’s and that was wonderful.
Wifi was strong. Perfectly usable for streaming, work calls etc.
All tools for starting a BBQ/fire were readily available.
Loved how well equipped the cabin was, from coffee filter to Balmuda lantern. Everything we generally felt we needed was there.
Shower water pressure needs to be a bit stronger.
Could have 1-2 more condiments (soy sauce?) in kitchen, also maybe a set of smaller plates.
While fire starting in the fire pit was easy and the guide was great, the grill itself was hard to adjust in terms of height, which made it hard to actually cook with as the flames ended up quite high.
A small curtain for the side slit window would be good for an additional sense of privacy
Lean into the local partnerships more. It felt like there were quite a few steps to go through to order a basket from Smitty’s, and there was no clear way to order the amazing green tea. As ACC expands, this adds to the appeal as it quickly connects guests with local producers but also incentivizes producers to want to partner up. Knowing that I will not only gain regular access to your cabin network but also to all these small businesses that we want to support would really add incentive to joining your subscription.
