Read all conditions very carefully before booking

It was clean

I would strongly advise future guests to read all conditions very carefully before booking this property. While the listing mentions a €1000 damage deposit before reservation, what is not clearly disclosed is the number of additional charges and conditions that are introduced only after the booking is confirmed and cancellation is no longer possible. At check-in, guests are directed to a third-party payment platform operated by Flexliving, a company based in England, despite the listing stating that the property is managed by a “private host” and that “applicable consumer laws relating to professional hosts might not apply.” This contrast made the whole process feel unclear and lacking in guarantees. At check-in, I was presented with an alternative: either accept the €1000 deposit or pay a non-refundable €125 “damage protection” fee. In addition, many extra charges for basic items or services were only presented at check-in, after the reservation was confirmed, including €40 for a coffee machine and capsules, €150 for air conditioning, €50 for early check-in, €50 for late check-out, €50 for use of the safe, €50 per night for parking, €75 for housekeeping, €50 for a baby crib, €50 for a baby chair, €40 for an extra key, and €30 for IPTV. I have documentation of this. The key lockbox was also hidden far from the property and difficult to find. After returning the keys, we were required to send a photo as proof. Overall, the entire check-in and check-out process felt unnecessarily stressful and complicated. In addition, after I posted my review, I was contacted directly on my personal WhatsApp number and offered payment in exchange for removing my factual review. I have documented everything and taken screenshots of all communications, including the message offering payment to remove my review.

We loved it.

We had a lovely stay in this cozy apartment. It was spotless, well organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space felt welcoming and practical, making it a great base for exploring Paris. The location near Pasteur was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby shops. There are also some really yummy restaurants just a few minutes’ walk away, which we loved. The hosts were kind, very responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even smoother. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Relaxed and comfortable.

Fully equipped, compact in a central location.

A bit complicated to find but fine once we worked it out.

Good and nice apartment, but pay attention to some peculiarities

The location and the apartment itself are very nice and clean. All the necessary facilities are in the room. Good personal, always online and ready to answer all the questions.

Checking-in is like a quest. The lockbox with keys is pretty away from the apartment, so it’s not very convenient, especially if you arrive early in the morning with luggage. It took me a while to find the location and to open the box (even though the detailed instructions were given). Also, the past-code wasn’t sent on time, so I had to call to the property (not very cool, if you are in roaming). Also, note that the deposit of €500 is required. I couldn’t see this information anywhere in description, before paying online. The information was sent after confirmation on Booking. Unfortunately, no option to pay with cash, online only and before check-in.
