The apartment has a very convenient location, literally just a few steps from the train station, which is especially useful for travelling around the coastline. The apartment itself is spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for proper cooking.
The apartment was advertised as having two bedrooms, which was one of the main reasons we booked it, as we needed two separate beds. However, bed linen was provided for only one bed. We contacted the host, who promised to bring a second set, but it was never delivered.
The cleaning was also rather superficial. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but the floors clearly had not been properly vacuumed or mopped after the previous guests.
There were also very limited supplies: only one roll of toilet paper, one roll of kitchen paper towels, and no extra rubbish bags.
There was no electric kettle or TV in the apartment either.
Another significant issue was the very poor soundproofing. Noise from both the street and the building entrance could be heard clearly. In the evenings, there were sometimes noisy groups outside the windows, while around 4–5 a.m. deliveries to local shops and cafés began with noisy carts. There was also a scooter parking area directly below the windows. Even with the windows and shutters completely closed, the outside noise was still clearly audible, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Overall, the location and size of the apartment are good, but considering the high rating of the property, we expected a better level of preparation and a more comfortable stay.

Lovely, spacious apartment, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, 2 min walk from the train station and the beach, great bakery downstairs, good communication with the staff
The noise. The apartment is very central, which is great, but next to a car park and close to recycling bins, so especially at the weekend it was very noisy outside till early hours of the morning. Also, there’s a dishwasher but no dishwasher tablets. It would be helpful to have a few for the duration of our stay. And you should tell them in advance if you want to use both bedrooms, apparently.

Great location - 2 minutes from the train station. Bed was comfy (short though). Kitchen had good facilities - fridge, cook top and conventional oven. Short walk to the beach and close to supermarket
Shower was only hot for 10 or so minutes before hot water ran out. Keep this in mind if you are travelling with more than just one who shower similar times. Bed was quite short - I’m only 170cm

Superb apartment, very clean, very spacious, fresh towels & bedding, everything was amazing. Lovely pizzeria next door. Walking distance to all attractions in Rapallo. We took the ferry to Portofino. We would love to come back next year. Thank you do much x
