Ruim, airconditioning,volledig uitgerust
De richtlijnen klonken erg dwingend en gericht op boetes in plaats van uitleg over wat de bedoeling is.

It was clean and at a nice location.
House rules should be respected but having signs around the house to remind you that you will get fined if you break any (and there are a few for this property) is unpleasant. Also it was supposed to offer a washing machine which couldn’t work properly. Electricity went out for this outlet only (no other appliances working except fridge and two lights in the whole apartment). Luckily this specific washing machine resumes the program where it left it each time so after 5 restorations the washing was completed.

Nice and spacious apartment in heart of Como. It was clean and had everything we need it.
Stairs leading to the apartment are very steep, narrow and round. Difficult with a lot of baggage and for older people.
AC did not work in one of the bedrooms and although I contacted the apartment manager, they didn't do anything about it. I was upset especially that I travelled with my family who are older and we were there during June's heatwave.
Also sofa needs refreshing as it didn't look too nice.
