Cozy luxury Bijou in Zanzibar
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, cozy, and immediately like home. The house is very well maintained, charming, and truly a little bijou.
Everything was clean, comfortable, and prepared with great care. The team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Our breakfast wishes were kindly taken into consideration, and every morning we enjoyed delicious tropical fruits and homemade breakfast, which made the start of the day feel very special.
The atmosphere of the house is peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Zanzibar. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would happily come back.
Highly recommended lovely place with heart, charm, and excellent service. Five stars - we will be back!

We just spent an incredible time at Villa Gina in Kiwengwa and it was honestly like finding a piece of paradise. From the moment we arrived, we felt perfectly looked after; being welcomed with fresh water and a platter of delicious, fresh fruits was the perfect start. The villa itself is so tastefully and elegantly furnished, creating an atmosphere where you feel at home immediately. It actually has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and even though we only used one of them, the whole place felt spacious and luxurious. I have to mention the mattress – it was sensational, probably the best I have ever slept on in my life.
What we loved most was the absolute privacy. The garden is perfectly maintained and having our own private pool where we could relax completely undisturbed was a highlight. The villa is located in a very safe, gated community, and since there is a backup generator, we never had to worry about the power supply. The entire staff and security team were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing a true 5-star service that made us feel secure and well-cared for at all times.
The location is also unbeatable. The stunning white sand beach of Kiwengwa is just a short 2-minute stroll away, and the village itself is charming with its small shops, bars, and water sports. We were particularly impressed by the Italian deli in town they have the best selection from Italy! We also highly recommend the beach restaurant at the nearby Melia Resort and the boutique hotel within the Park Village, where villa guests can use the bar and restaurant. The villa was perfectly equipped with everything from soft towels to high-quality toiletries and fresh linens. Villa Gina is a total hidden gem on Zanzibar and exactly how paradise should look. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay with family and/or friends. It is small secured condominium with several villas and hotel with restaurant. We were going for night music and drinks to the hotel restaurant. Easy access to the beach and several nice options of restaurants on the beach. Beach was much more free compared to Nungwi beach f.e.. We stayed about 2 weeks and property manager Laura was very helpful and responsive. If there was electricity cut, generator was working well. We had maximum 30min without electricity during 2 weeks, other cuts were 5-10min maximum. Also once there was internet connection cut for 6h, then we used internet in a hotel. Kinengwa has plenty of fine shops and also Italian shop, delivery could be ordered through WhatsApp or you can ask property manager to help to find driver.
