- comfortable sleep. Each room has AC, living room also got AC. There were extra mattresses, totos provided. Two couch could be used for sleeping.
- water filter
- towels also provided
- good internet. Tv has youtube, Netflix
- the pool and the stinginess of turning the pump on. The pool pump was timed for only a couple of hours time in the afternoon. And has to be shared by 2 other units (which usually could fit >1 family per unit). The last night of our stay, the other unit used the pool. Since the pump wasn’t turn on, the water was so murky in the morning, the kids couldn’t use it.
- house could only fit two cars, with unreasonable neighbour, when the units in total could fit 6 families (6 roooms). We were asked to move the car, in the night and it was raining due to the neighbour’s complaint, to move one of our car that park in front of the unit compound, not even blocking the neighbour’s porch to park somewhere else. We were not given any instructions on the parking arrangement, where otherwise we would not choose this place
- the cleanliness of the floor was so-so. But we were not that bothered since we spent most of the time outside
