Patrick was an excellent host and was present if needed. We needed to overnight en-route to our final destination so Bedford was an ideal location. The rooms were spacious, very well equiped with extras (snacks/drinks etc) and very clean and comfortable.

Patrick was up-front about the bathroom which is being re-decorated. That said the shower was fantastic with good pressure and hot water. I have to say the fee for the accommodation was slightly high for what it is.

Patrick was a great host and was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Towels and robes were provided. There was a lovely selection of hot and cold drinks and an amazing fruit bowl and other bits. Good luck Patrick.

The property is currently being renovated with a new bathroom going in. The bathroom is fit for purpose but when renewed it will be great. Its a work in progress.

Our room was as described and well equipped ( hairdryer, ironing board and iron, fan). Lovely towels, robes and slippers provided. Great selection of teas, coffees, snacks and fresh fruit. Host helpful and communicative. However, sadly, would not rebook until the shared bathroom is renovated.

In our opinion, the bathroom is not in a fit state for guests to use.
