The staff are friendly and help out where they can. They use a translation app to communicate in English. The staff helped address any issues quickly. There is a local supermarket conveniently located opposite, but the food area is another 15 minutes walk - rent a local bicycle to get around and see how the locals lives. Location is about 10 minutes walk from bus stop (QingYu Lu ZhenGuang Lu bus stop) and 20 minutes walk to local pink train line (South Qilianshan Road, Exit 1). Definitely away from the hustle and bustle of Shanghai city (about 1 hour away by the subway).
The hotel is a bit run down (tired), and it isn't cleaned well. The hotel needs to repair all their equipment. The staff changed my room as soon as I arrived because the lights did not work. Then, I had a tap issue and screws coming lose in the window screen in my next room, so I changed rooms again! There are three floors with no lifts - however, staff are very helpful, and take the luggage upstairs and downstairs for you.

Les meilleures réceptionnistes du monde ! Serviables, gentilles, drôles, vraiment impliquées dans leurs travails
La forte odeur de canalisations, probablement dûe à la pluie mais c'était franchement desagreable
