The location the parking
The inner front door needs attention, the garden needed tidying, there was no information for the property especially the rubbish.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment prepared to a high standard. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the extra bonuses such as the lovely wall paintings and overall decor, the electric fireplace, cosy blankets and the relaxing garden to sit in. The sofas were very comfortable and the tea and coffee making facilities were also appreciated.
The apartment is in a superb location, within walking distance to the beach and other attractions.
We would highly recommend this apartment.

Usually stay with family or a hotel
When visiting Southend this place is like a home from home . Genuine spectacular property.
Would love to stay again and bring my dog but unfortunately they are not allowed such a shame as great garden and. War to the beach . Next time I travel with out my dog will deffo rebook here !

Entrance was easy and a nice clean place. Nice ambience and garden. Good amenities.
The Electricty kept tripping in the kitchen so had to flip the fuse in the hallway. The fire alarm had fallen. Into the floor in the hallway. There were no tea towels in the kitchen. Alot of smell of mould throughout.
