The property was incredibly clean, spacious and had all of the amenities we required. The host was very friendly and access was easy.

Rustig gelegen, met de auto 10 min naar de waterkant. Licht en modern ingericht.
Er was 1 van de eet tafel stoelen kapot. De afwerking van de kozijnen aan onderhoud toe, balkondeur sluit niet goed.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but it was a nice apartment on a quiet estate. Short bus ride into Brighton town, number 25 into town, on the way back stop at the Bates estate to get off. Managed to park right outside.
It was great for our 2 night stay. Good communication with the owner.
Bath towels were provided which was great but could have done with a hand towel.

Needed a venue to stay for 3 adults nearby the racecourse.
Parking was on street and hard to find nearby.
