地理位置好，離車站還有商店街近。設施完善，基本的需求都能滿足，有全套餐廚設備，有洗衣、烘衣機，可以天天洗衣服，還有一個很棒的屋頂露台，可以在上面看風景觀星。
入口在一個小巷弄內，晚上抵達的話，會比較不好早，需要走一小段上坡及階梯，若有大行李的話，會稍微辛苦。
浴室較小，但水量很大。
附近的停車場都是月租，但港邊有很多的收費停車場，只需要過人行天橋走一小段路。住宿店方有準備一個住宿須知小冊子，裡面有介紹幾個地點，其中タイムズ 尾道駅前第2 是較接近，且費用較划算的選擇。

Maison autonome moderne et très bien située
A notre arrivée nous avons dû passer l'aspirateur car y avait de la poussière et des cheveux partout, c'est la première fois que ça nous arrive au Japon.
Il y a une caméra sur la terrasse ce que nous avons trouvé très intrusif. Nous ne l'avons donc pas utilisée.
La troisième chambre est entre les deux autres, séparée des deux côtés par des cloisons en papier ce qui ne laisse aucune intimité.
Pas de parking, le parking le plus proche est à 650 mètres

Location was excellent and was lovely and modern. Shower was good. The place had lots of information on what to do and there was a bike & some umbrellas to use. Beds were really comfortable
Both bathrooms being downstairs were difficult for the elderly people we had with us due to steep stairs. Lack of glasses to have a beer or wine in.
