The children were not allowed to use the indoor pool The beds given to us were two singles pushed together. The room was for 3 of us lol I didn’t have the best sleep squeezing in with one of the kids every night lol

Beautiful inside and outside 😍!!! There were multiple restaurants to dine at in the hotel. They provide the most Exquisite and Scrumptious Breakfast every morning 😋! The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful - feels brand new and definitely a 5* experience from the moment we entered (thank you Sanjeeb for being such a delightful first staff member that we met, helping with bags and doors and generally taking care of us throughout our stay). The check in process was easy and the staff were amazing and so kind in supporting us with our needs (special thanks to Tim and to Yiannis, who were particularly lovely to us and made the world of difference, given our circumstances). The rooms were so spacious, beautifully appointed and the tech for lights etc. was friendly and effective. The cleaners did a wonderful job every day. The free water bottles were a lovely touch, as was the minibar being free for the first round. Lovely to have tea and Nespresso machine, as well. The food here really was delicious. The Japanese restaurant was closed during our stay but we tried the other 3 and worked our way through the menus - everything was amazing! The breakfast buffer was also amazing - so many options, all delicious and fresh. So many lovely people waiting on us (can't remember everyone's names, I'm sorry, but Natasha and Kumar were lovely, and Christine took special care of us). Pools are beautiful - lovely idea having one designated for adults only. Pool beds were plush and so comfy. Clean towels always available. We used the spa a few times, which is excellent - sauna, steam room, salt room, plus another pool and ice bath. The changing rooms in the spa and pool are also so clean and really beautiful. The hotel isn't far from the old city centre so easy to pop there by taxi for some sight seeing. Also not far from the checkpoint. About 40 minutes from Larnaca airport. The hotel was a gorgeous home for 2 weeks and we absolutely loved it, but I must say, it was the staff that really made it special. We were so moved by and so grateful for their kindness and generosity - it made the world of difference. Thank you!

It's in an urban area, so residential buildings surround the pool area and you can see the road on one side, so perhaps some taller trees around the pool might help to give it a little bit more of a lush vibe. But the pool area itself is still very lovely. A designated smoking area around the pool would also be nice so that us non-smokers are't being subjected to smoke from all sides! There is a designated non-smoking area in the outdoor restaurant, but it wasn't always enforced by the staff, so it would be lovely if they could keep on top of that a bit more.
