Mainstay Inn

The location is great, right in the center of town near the theater I was visiting. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms just the right size for one person. The rooms and bathroom very clean! Quiet in the later hours, even though we are close to the street.

I couldn't get the TV to turn on, but I figured out the power cord directly into the TV's back was loose. Once I reconnected it, everything was fine. Also, the parking lot was closed due to the street being closed off for the weekend activities in town that weekend, and had to find off site parking. Not really the fault of the hotel and I know the area well, so finding parking was no issue.

Wonderful location in the heart of town. Very clean. Fabulous friendly staff.

Rooms were very small. Although there was a fridge and microwave there were no dishes etc or a place to eat in the room. Having to move vehicle each weekend due to road closures in town for events wasn’t ideal.

The bed was comfortable and the location is great. The water pressure in the shower was great.

At check in the employee said our room number out load for others to hear, he also did that for the guests checking in ahead of us. He was not very clear about the parking which is very confusing and not convenient at all. I ended up at a church 3 blocks away and donated $10 on their website and hoped for the best. I also moved my car in the morning into one of the 7 spaces that are on the hotel’s property . I was afraid I would be towed if I did not pay again at the church. The breakfast was basically not a breakfast and the great looking coffee machine was not offered so it looks great but does not seem to be used? I would not return for the costs.
