The location is fantastic and the decor of the property has a holiday beach theme. It's very clean and small but complete with bed, kitchen with dish washer and bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. We really felt at home, we were happy to be there. The table was set when we arrived, which made us feel very welcome.
I loved but it is an attic. I am 1.70m which worked wel, my husband is 1.88m and had to be careful not to bump his head (which he did once 😅). If you are taller, you might feel disappointed. There was very little toilet paper when we arrived. We arrived late and had enough for that first night. However, the next day, after breakfast, our first priority was going to a supermarket, which we had to get to by car as we couldn't find anything within 1km of the property. We had a wedding to get to so this trip was not part of our plan. Toilet paper is on the list of facilities so I expected it to be there at least 2 or rather 3 roles for the 3 nights we were there.

What a fantastic place! Nicolas was a great host: attentive and communicative via WhatsApp, and kindly met us to show us the apartment. It's on the top floor of a lovely 18th century building (with a lift), fully modern and renovated inside, and views over the church next door. The apartment is tiny but has everything: kitchen with induction hob, fridge, all the crockery. En suite bathroom with a nice shower and laundry. Great double bed. Even a desk! We slept so well in this peaceful, charming place. Merci Nicolas - see you next time!

At first glance, this seems like a charming place, but in reality it is only suitable for smaller guests. Everything is extremely compact, with very low ceilings throughout. The main reason I can understand the positive reviews is the host’s hospitality, which is genuinely excellent.
Amenities
The kitchenette contains everything advertised, but it is also very compact. I did not use it during my stay, so I cannot comment on how well it functions in practice.
Charming, yes, but…
The entire apartment is very small and has limited headroom. It is best suited for guests under 1.70 m (5’7”). I am 1.82 m (6’0”), and I had to duck to use the bathroom. The shower is tiny, and even the ceiling above the toilet is very low. I could not properly see myself in the mirror to shave or comb my hair. The bathroom is so small that it is difficult even for one person to move around comfortably, especially inside the shower.
I also did not understand the purpose of the small sitting area next to the bathroom, which seemed almost unusable. In my opinion, it would make much more sense to enlarge the bathroom and remove that extra space.
The property does not really offer city views. The small windows mostly provide a view of the sky rather than the city itself.

The biggest disappointment was the lack of air conditioning. The information on Booking.com was misleading in this regard. During my stay, the weather was quite warm, and sleeping comfortably was difficult. We woke up many times during the night and left feeling very tired.
The bed is also only suitable for a small couple. The dimensions are listed as approximately 130 cm x 150 cm, but unfortunately I did not notice this before booking. The mattress was too soft, and we slept very poorly. There was not even a duvet available.
Another negative point is that the apartment has no blackout curtains or blinds. By 5 a.m. the room was already bright with morning light, which regularly woke us up.
I regret choosing this property and would not recommend it to anyone taller than 1.70 m or weighing more than 70 kg.
For other guests, it may be perfectly acceptable. It is a pleasant and fully equipped mini-apartment for small couples who do not mind extremely limited space and the absence of air conditioning.
For us, however, the lack of space, low ceilings, uncomfortable bed, absence of air conditioning, and lack of real city views made it a disappointing experience.
